Sharon & Stephen contacted me some 14 months before their wedding to see if I was free to shoot their wedding at The Hallmark Hotel in Leyland. Of course, I jumped at the chance, not just because I have photographed many weddings at this venue. But also because I had previously photographed one of their family members wedding back in 2015, and knowing what a fantastic wedding and family they were, I was keen to meet up with everyone again.

I arrived to find the guests arriving and socialising in the bar area, excited and looking forward to the celebrations.

After taking a few photographs of the interactions I headed over to the incredible ceremony room to capture guests taking their seats and to get ready for the entrance of the bride.

The ceremony was both beautiful and emotional. Once the ceremony was over, we all spilt into the bar area and then outside to make the most of the spring sunshine.

It was a really lovely spring wedding and after a few group shots and formal photos I left knowing that the celebrations would go on till late into the night.
