Lucia and Liam are such a fun, exciting and relaxed couple, when I first met them I just knew their wedding day would be something special and I wasn’t wrong.

Their ceremony was held at St Mary’s RC Church in Leyland and the Reception at Stanley House in Mellor. I have photographed a couple of weddings at Stanley House and it is certainly one of my favourite venues to photograph.

Lucia began her day getting ready at home. Lucia’s sisters and her nieces were also getting ready with Lucia. I don’t think Lucia will mind me saying just how stunning and happy she looked that morning. As soon as Lucia was ready to go, I made my way to St Mary’s Church in Leyland where I met up with the groom and best man for a couple of photographs before the girls started to arrive.

St Mary’s Church in Leyland is an amazing church, it’s really bright inside with lots of room and several opportunities for some great photographs. Following the ceremony there was time for a few photographs and champagne for the Bride and Groom before heading off to the reception venue.

On arrival at Stanley house, there was another celebratory glass of champagne along with some photographs of the happy couple, followed by the wedding breakfast.
